Caroline is currently a NCAA Pac -12 Conference Cheerleader for UCLA!
Gymnastics / Cheerleading
Caroline began training in gymnastics at age 5 with a Chicago park district program and won many awards in USAG and AGA meets during her grammar school years. In middle school she transitioned to the program and team at Elk Grove Gymnastics where she continued developing additional skills on the beam, bars, vault, and floor. She is an accomplished tumbler and particularly enjoys the dance/floor routines where she can combine her performing and athletic talents with music. These skills have also enhanced her ability to perform tumbling in shows and theatrical performances outside of gymnastics meets.
In 2014/15, entering her first year of high school, Caroline became a JV Cheerleader (flyer) for Loyola Academy. At the end of her freshman year she was awarded with the honor of “Most Valuable Cheerleader” on the squad.
In the 2015/16 season, Caroline made Varsity Cheerleading and cheered through an undefeated 14-0 football season and the IHSA 8A Championship game (which Loyola won). Her squad would go on to cheer at two more IHSA State Championships games in 2016/17 and 2017/2018. All the State Championship games were televised
In 2019 Caroline was selected as one of nine female and 10 male cheerleaders to represent the Bruins. As part of the UCLA Cheerleading Spirit Squad, Caroline performs as a flyer at the Rose Bowl for the football fans and will be seen during the 2020 season on the basketball court every other game (under the basket) for both girls' and boy's basketball. She has traveled with the Pac-12 Conference teams to Stanford and other away games and appeared on ESPN, ABC, Fox Sports, Pac-12 Sports and other networks.
